Le présent marché de fournitures et de services a pour objet d'assurer fourniture et de service visant à assurer l’entretien, l’exploitation et la maintenance de l’ensemble des installations techniques du bâtiment, dans un souci de confort pour les occupants, d’optimisation énergétique et de qualité de service. Il s'articule autour de trois enjeux majeurs : - Confort & Sécurité : Maintien d'une qualité de service optimale et d'un niveau de confort adapté aux occupants. - Performance Énergétique : Optimisation et rationalisation du fonctionnement des équipements pour réduire l'empreinte carbone et la facture énergétique. - Pérennité du Patrimoine : Entretien rigoureux et maintenance (préventive et corrective) de l'ensemble des installations techniques Il a pour périmètre de prestations : - Conduite & Exploitation : Pilotage, réglages et suivi quotidien des équipements techniques. - Maintenance Préventive : Entretien systématique, visites réglementaires et révisions périodiques. - Maintenance Corrective & Dépannage : Interventions curatives, astreinte et remise en service des installations. - Suivi Énergétique : Analyse des consommations, propositions d'améliorations et réglages de sobriété.
