Acquisition de groupes motopompe (GMP) destinés à l'avitaillement des aéronefs à voilure tournante à partir de capacité de transport (réservoirs souples à terre ou embarqués ou réservoirs de convoyage, éventuellement véhicule citerne…) et de stockage (fûts, réservoirs souples…). Les acquisitions se feront par bons de commande. La première étape du marché concerne l'étude et le développement d'une tête de série puis l'acquisition minimale en 2ème phase de 425 GMP de série via des bons de commande, après validation de la tête de série. D'autres bons de commande pourront être émis, en fonction des besoins du SEO et de ses clients (y compris armées étrangères) pendant la durée du marché (7 ans maximum).
