L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture de conteneurs destinés à la collecte en porte à porte des déchets ménagers et assimilés (OM), des déchets recyclables (plastique / métal / papier / carton) de collecte sélective (CS) et de la fraction fermentescible des déchets ménagers (FFOM). Ce marché comprend aussi la fourniture de pièces détachées permettant la maintenance de ces bacs ainsi que la reprise des bacs (toutes marques confondues) destinés à la destruction Lot N°1 : Fourniture de bacs roulants destinés à la collecte des OM (particuliers et professionnels) et de la CS<br/>; Lot N°2 : Fourniture de bacs roulants destinés à la collecte de la FFOM<br/>
