Le marché porte sur la fourniture, le transport et la livraison de composteurs individuels de petite capacité, de composteurs collectifs, ainsi que des outils associés, tels que des bioseaux permettant la séparation à la source des biodéchets, et les flèches aératrices pour le brassage régulier des biodéchets afin d'équiper les habitants du territoire résidant en maison individuelle. Le marché est décomposé en trois lots Le Grand Annecy Agglomération recherche des composteurs répondant à la norme NF Environnement n°094, dédiée aux composteurs de proximité, certifiée par un organisme de type AFNOR. Cette norme certifie que les composteurs répondent aux critères environnementaux de qualité (notamment stabilité, aération, montage facile), durabilité, de matériaux (60% minimum de matière recyclée et de limitation des métaux lourds); Fournitures de bioseaux non ajouré, avec couvercle permettant une fermeture hermétique, et une anse et de flèche aératrices avec ailettes; Fourniture de composteurs collectifs de capacité moyenne
