Le système est entièrement électronique et ouvert pendant toute sa durée de validité à tout opérateur économique satisfaisant aux critères de sélection des candidatures. Les marchés spécifiques seront attribués après mise en concurrence des opérateurs admis dans le système. Le SAD est mis en place pour une durée initiale de huit (8) ans à compter du 28 octobre 2024. Le présent lot porte sur des prestations d'apporteurs d'affaires dans le cadre de la promotion et de la représentation des intérêts d'IPC. Le marché est mis en oeuvre sous la forme d'un système d'acquisition dynamique (SAD), entièrement électronique, ouvert pendant toute sa durée de validité à tout opérateur économique satisfaisant aux critères de sélection.
