Description

Extracteurs SFC Le présent marché a pour objectif l'acquisition à l'Institut de Chimie Organique et Analytique (ICOA) d'un système combiné SFE/SFC-UV doté d'un extracteur par fluide supercritique et d'une chromatographie semi-préparative par fluide supercritique. Cet instrument sera utilisé d’une part pour extraire par SFE des composés bioactifs de végétaux avec une quantité de végétal comprise entre 10 et 200 g. Ces extraits pourront ensuite être purifiés par chromatographie SFC semi-préparative afin d’isoler les différents actifs. La chromatographie SFC semi-préparative sera également utilisée pour la purification de composés issus de synthèse organique (50 à 100 mg de produit purifié par injection) en vue de réaliser des tests d’activité biologique.
