La consultation a pour objet : la location, pose et dépose de WC autonomes sans raccordement, disposés sur les sites des manifestations évènementielles organisées par la Ville de Nice. Des prestations sont associées à cette location telles que les vidanges, le nettoyage et la fourniture des consommables. La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure : Appel d'offres ouvert - articles R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à 5 du Code de la commande publique. Estimation de l'administration HT : 162 662,44 Euros (établie sur une durée de 1 année). Accord-cadre à bons de commande : - Montant minimum : 10 000,00 Euros. - Montant maximum : 250 000,00 Euros. En valeur en Euros H.T. Durée (hors reconduction) : 12 mois Nombre de reconductions éventuelles : 3 Début du marché : À la notification du contrat. Le délai d'exécution de chaque prestation est indiqué dans le bon de commande ou le cas échéant dans le C.C.T.P.
