Le Concessionnaire aura pour missions principales, à ses risques et périls : - La conception, le financement et la réalisation de l'ensemble des moyens de production de chaleur et de froid du futur service ainsi que du réseau et des branchement destinés à desservir les futurs abonnés ; - La commercialisation du réseau ; - L'exploitation du réseau (notamment son GER) - La gestion commerciale
