Description

La consultation a pour objet : Acquisition de Pistolets à Impulsions Electriques (PIE) avec accessoires, munitions et pièces détachées de marque TASER (Axon). Le présent contrat est un accord cadre bons de commande. Le pistolet à impulsion électrique est une arme de catégorie B, soumise à autorisation pour l'acquisition et la détention. Cette arme est réservée aux seules forces de l'ordre. Aucune autre Direction municipale et/ou métropolitaine ne pourra en acquérir. La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure : Appel d'offres ouvert - articles R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à 5 du Code de la commande publique. Estimation de l'administration HT : 114 686.00 Euros (établie sur une durée de 12 mois). Accord-cadre à bons de commande : - Montant minimum : 10 000,00 Euros. - Montant maximum : 120 000,00 Euros. En valeur en Euros H.T. Durée (hors reconduction) : 12 mois. Nombre de reconductions éventuelles : 3. Début du marché : À la notification du contrat. Le délai d'exécution de chaque prestation est indiqué dans le bon de commande ou le cas échéant dans le C.C.T.P.
