Le CEA LITEN souhaite faire l’acquisition d’un imageur EL/PL pour grands modules et tandem. Le marché comporte les options obligatoires suivantes : - Option n°1 : PL (balayage linéaire avec éclairage uniforme) pour distinguer les Voc et les Rs (sans contact) sur les demi cellules de silicium alignées - Option n°2 : une acquisition automatique en séquence avec au moins deux longueurs d’onde d’excitation pour l’EL et la PL - Option n°3 : réglage en hauteur de l’échantillon et de la caméra - Option n°4 : fourniture des filtres UVF pour bloquer la lumière d’excitation Le marché comporte également les options facultatives suivantes : - Option n°5 : un contrôle de chaque élément dans un langage simple lors de la procédure d’acquisition d’image - Option n°6 : fourniture des câbles et connecteurs MC4 et pinces crocodiles pour les chaînes de panneaux - Option n°7 : Dark IV avec sondes à 4 points et sélection du courant maximal - Option n°8 : réglage en hauteur de la caméra et de la lampe - Option n°9 : le prix du transport, assurance comprise, selon les conditions DAP CEA Grenoble (Convention Incoterms ICC 2020)
