Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture de matériel de laboratoire destinés aux besoins d’ITERG. Les équipements analytiques et informatiques devront répondre aux caractéristiques techniques décrites dans le CCTP . Le marché est composé de deux lots. Chaque candidat peut soumissionner à un ou plusieurs lots. Les modalités d’attribution sont précisées dans le Règlement de Consultation (RC). - LOT 1 : FOURNITURE D’UN CHROMATOGRAPHE LIQUIDE ULTRA HAUTE PERFORMANCE (UHPLC) COUPLE A UN DETECTEUR A FLUORESCENCE (FLD) - LOT 2 : FOURNITURE D’UN CHROMATOGRAPHE EN PHASE GAZEUSE EQUIPE D’UN DETECTEUR MS/MS Fourniture d’un Chromatographe liquide ultra haute performance (UHPLC) couplé à un détecteur à fluorescence (FLD) Fonctions principales :Développement de méthodes analytiques, analyses des constituants mineurs des corps gras; FOURNITURE D’UN CHROMATOGRAPHE EN PHASE GAZEUSE EQUIPE D’UN DETECTEUR MS/MS Fonctions principales : Développement de méthodes pour le dosage de molécules par analyses de l’espace de tête par GC MS (voir GC/MS/MS) autour de la thématique hexane. Développement de méthodes pour le dosage de contaminants par GC/MS/MS (phtalates, pesticides, 3 MCPD…) dans les corps gras (et dérivés) et protéines (et dérivés) dans le cadre de projets d'innovation pour les différents départements du groupe ITERG (Analyse, IMPROVE et de ses partenaires).
