Description

Les marchés sont passés en lots séparés et se décomposent en 2 lots. Le présent accord-cadre comprend un engagement sur un montant maximum de commandes en application du 2° de l’article R2162-4 du Code de la commande publique, pour la durée totale d’exécution du marché, par lot : lot 1 : 175 500.00euros HT et lot 2 : 40 000.00 euros HT. La forme du contrat est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire s’exécutant par l’émission de bons de commandes. Le présent accord-cadre prend effet à compter de sa date de notification pour une durée ferme d’un (1) an. Il est ensuite renouvelable deux (2) fois pour des périodes d’un (1) an par reconduction expresse. Les prix sont unitaires et seront appliqués aux quantités réellement exécutées. Les prix du marché sont définitifs et révisables par le biais de l'ajustement.
