Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture, la mise en place, le déploiement, la maintenance, l'hébergement, le support et les prestations associées à une solution de billetterie électronique, incluant la billetterie en ligne, les billetteries sur site, les outils de contrôle des billets, les transferts de compétence et les prestations de réversibilité. La forme retenue pour l'exécution du contrat est celle d'un accord cadre mixte avec une part à bons de commande et une part forfaitaire, sans minimum et avec maximum mono-attributaire, fixé 215 990,00 euro(s) HT sur toute la durée du contrat en application de l'article R2162-4 2° du Code de la commande publique. Les délais de livraison ou d'exécution des prestations sont définies à l'article 4 du CCAP. Les prix du contrat sont mixtes et les modalités de révision sont définies à l'article 5 du CCAP. Les conditions de réalisation des prestations sont définies à l'article 6 du CCAP. Les pénalités sont définies à l'article 8 du CCAP
