Les prestations consistent notamment en : - Mise en oeuvre de la solution logicielle : gestion de projet, assistance au paramétrage, installation, mise en exploitation, transfert de compétences et formation. - Fourniture d'un outil de comptage/décomptage des visiteurs permettant de connaître les entrées, sorties et jauges en temps réel dans différents espaces identifiés du musée des Confluences, ainsi que les outils nécessaires à la mesure des temps d'attente (matériels et logiciels) - Fourniture d'une application dédiée gratuite - Reprise de l'exploitation du matériel existant - Maintenance préventive, corrective et évolutive de l'ensemble des nouveaux équipements matériels déployés
