Description

Les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots : Lot 01 : Matériels horticoles et petit outillage Lot 02 : Matériels de réseaux d'arrosage Chaque lot fait l'objet d'un accord-cadre attribué à un seul opérateur économique. Ils donneront lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Les candidats ont la possibilité de soumettre des offres pour tous les lots. Un même candidat pourra se voir attribuer un nombre maximal de 2 lots. L'accord-cadre est passé sans minimum et avec un montant maximum HT pour la période initiale de l'accord-cadre comme suit : LOT 01 : 23 000 euros HT LOT 02: 17 000 euros HT Les montants seront identiques pour chaque période de reconduction. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 12 mois à compter de la date de notification du contrat. Il est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 12 mois. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 48 mois
