Description

Procédure adaptée (art L2123-1 du Code) conformément aux art R2123-1, R2123-4&5 du Code. Accord-cadre (art R2162-1 à 6 du Code) mono-attributaire pour chaque lot. Conformément aux art.R2162-13 & 14 du Code, il sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande qui seront notifiés par l'acheteur au fur et à mesure des besoins. Il pourra également donner lieu à la conclusion de marchés subséquents (art. R2162-7 à 10 du Code). La valeur estimée indiquée correspond au montant maximum par lot sur la durée maximale (reconductions comprises). Le marché est conclu à compter de sa date de notification au titulaire, pour une période initiale de 1 an et peut être reconduit tacitement par période successive de 1 an pour une durée maximale de reconduction de 3 ans. La reconduction pourra intervenir soit à l'échéance de la période en cours, soit avant cette échéance, en cas d'atteinte du montant maximum
