- La présente consultation a pour objet la mise en place d'un accord-cadre pour l'achat de produits surgelés nécessaires au fonctionnement de la restauration collective de la ville de Malaunay. - Le marché est conclu pour une durée d'un an à compter du 1er septembre 2026. Il est reconductible trois fois (tacitement) pour une période d'un an, soit une durée maximale de quatre ans. - Les fournitures seront rémunérées par application aux quantités réellement exécutées des prix unitaires fixés dans le bordereau des prix. - Le montant minimum annuel est de 20 000 euro(s) HT, le montant maximum annuel est de 40 000 euro(s) HT
