La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure : Marché à procédure adaptée - article R.2123-1. du Code de la commande publique; Fourniture de différents produits dérivés réalisés par découpe au laser. Ces produits ont alors une forme qui représente la charte graphique de la Ville de Nice. Les produits sont réalisés par un procédé de fabrication consistant à découper une matière grâce à l'énergie générée par un laser et concentrée sur une faible surface. Ces produits dérivés correspondent par exemple à ce qu'on appelle communément "skyline". Ils sont destinés à la vente dans la boutique "Maison de Nice", ses boutiques éphémères, voire tout autre point de distribution. Montant minimum annuel : 7 000,00Euros Montant maximum annuel : 50 000,00Euros Durée du marché: 12 mois, nombre de reconductions éventuelles : 3 Début du marché : À la notification du contrat.
