Supply of flowers for the City of Blagnac

The City of Blagnac is establishing a framework agreement for the supply of plants, bulbs, turf and related materials for the planting and decoration of all flower beds located across the different districts of the city. The framework agreement will run from 04/01/2027, or from the notification date if later, until 04/01/2028, and may be renewed under the conditions set out in the specification documents. It will be executed through the issue of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately, and services will be paid at unit prices. The estimated minimum and maximum amounts for the total duration, including all renewal periods, are 33,000 and 141,000 euros excluding tax.
