Supply of kerbside sorting containers

This framework agreement with a maximum value covers the supply of kerbside waste sorting containers. It is concluded by a group of public buyers led by the Communauté d'Agglomération du Bocage Bressuirais as coordinator, together with the municipalities of L'ABSIE, L'ARGENTONNAY, BRESSUIRE, CERIZAY, CHICHE, MAULEON and MONCOUTANT SUR SEVRE. The agreement is concluded under the relevant provisions of the French public procurement code and will be implemented through the issue of purchase orders. Payments are made on the basis of unit prices, so each order is invoiced according to the quantities actually delivered.
