Description

Passé selon la procédure prévue à l’article R.2123-1 3°) du code de la Commande Publique, la présente consultation vise à la conclusion d’un marché accord cadre par émission de bons de commande dans le cadre de la réalisation de prestations de formations sécurité destinées au personnel de France Travail Hauts-de-France, telles que ces prestations et leurs modalités d’exécution sont décrites au présent Contrat et au Cahier des charges fonctionnel et technique (CCFT). Cette demande répond aux axes de formation du plan de développement de compétences annuel, actualisé chaque année. La réglementation du travail fait peser sur l’employeur l’obligation d’assurer la sécurité et de protéger la santé des travailleurs. La formation constitue une des mesures lui permettant de remplir son obligation. Les 3 formations en sécurité visées par ce marché sont : • Formation initiale de « Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail » (SST) • Formation « Maintien et Actualisation des Compétences SST » (MAC) • Formation « Manipulation des extincteurs » telles que ces prestations sont décrites au présent Contrat et au Cahier des Charges Fonctionnel et Technique (CCFT).
