Der Rückbau ist die notwendige Voraussetzung für die Realisierung der neuen Wohnüberbauung Riehenring 120; daher besteht eine terminliche Abhängigkeit. Auf der Parzelle bleiben die MH1E und die Zufahrtsrampe bestehen.
