Description

Поставка товару буде відбуватися дрібнооптовими партіями протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з дня подання заявки Замовником. Також існує необхідність виконання термінових заявок на невелику кількість товару. Продукція при поставці повинна супроводжуватись документами, що підтверджують її якість та безпеку, а саме: копіями сертифікатів якості/відповідності, та/або посвідчень про якість, та/або висновків санітарно-епідеміологічної експертизи, та/або декларації виробника, та/або іншим документальним підтвердженням якості та безпеки продукції. У випадку сумнівів, щодо якості товару, зразки товару будуть передаватись на дослідження в Центр превентивної медицини Державного Управління справами, для висновку щодо відповідності товару ДСТУ. На момент поставки термін придатності до споживання Продукції повинен складати не менше 90% до загального терміну придатності до споживання. У разі отримання Замовником неякісного товару даний товар підлягає негайному поверненню та заміни протягом одного дня транспортом Постачальника за його рахунок. Перед розміщенням пропозиції рекомендуємо Учасникам обов’язково ознайомитись з умовами проєкту договору та вимогами до предмету закупівлі.
