Description

Das Ziel des Projektes ist das Gebäude für die Nutzung durch das UVEK, insbesondere das BAFU, bereit zu stellen. Die Arbeitsplatzkapazität des Verwaltungsgebäudes wird von 690 auf maximal 840 erhöht und die kleinteilige Zellenstruktur in attraktive Multispace Arbeitswelten umgebaut. Hierbei sind die Vorgaben des Bundes zur Nachhaltigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit zu berücksichtigen. Ebenso sind die Vorgaben des BBL Multispace Standards und des SECO bezüglich Arbeitsplätze einzuhalten. Gleichzeitig werden die baulichen Schwachstellen, welche das Gebäude seit der Erstellung aufweist, und die Bauteile, welche nach den 16 Betriebsjahren ihre Lebensdauer erreicht haben, gesamtheitlich saniert. Die Schwachstellen liegen insbesondere in den Bereichen Fassade, Atriumdach und Baustatik.
