La Communauté de Communes du Grand Pic Saint-Loup (CCGPSL) exerce la compétence assainissement collectif en régie pour les communes suivantes : - ASSAS, BUZIGNARGUES, FONTANÈS, GUZARGUES, SAINT BAUZILLE DE MONTMEL, SAINTE CROIX DE QUINTILLARGUES, SAINT HILAIRE DE BEAUVOIR, SAINT JEAN DE CORNIES, SAINT VINCENT DE BARBEYRARGUES, TEYRAN. Le syndicat mixte de GARRIGUE CAMPAGNES (SMGC) exerce la compétence eau potable pour ces communes. La société RUAS Michel assure, aux termes d'un contrat de délégation de service public conclu le 10/08/2023, prenant effet le 1er janvier 2024, la gestion du service de distribution publique d'eau potable du Syndicat Mixte Garrigues Campagne (SMGC) jusqu’au 31 décembre 2034. La Collectivité (CCGPSL) a institué une redevance d'assainissement collectif et souhaite retenir un prestataire pour l’établissement de la facturation et le recouvrement de cette redevance assainissement collectif sur le territoire desservi en eau potable par le SMGC.
