Le présent marché consiste à fournir des prestations d’ingénierie afin de mener les études préliminaires du transport public à haut niveau de service de l’Agglomération Fribourgeoise sur les thématiques suivantes :  - Études génie civil et insertion urbaine et paysagère ; - Études circulation et gestion du trafic ; - Études environnementales. Des prestations d’architectes paysagistes et/ou d’urbaniste sont également à fournir dans le cadre du présent marché selon les thématiques à traiter. L’objet du marché est décrit en détail dans le cahier des charges.
