Description

A l'issue des travaux réalisés dans les années 2010, une partie du site reste encore à restaurer : les façades extérieures des bas-côté sud et nord (maçonnerie et vitrerie), la façade occidentale et la tour du clocher. L'objectif de cet accord-cadre est de choisir un attributaire qui aura en charge : - études de diagnostic : état des lieux et relevés du site permettant de déterminer son état et de préconiser les travaux à entreprendre pour assurer sa préservation et la finalisation de sa restauration ainsi qu'une estimation financière - la réalisation d'une mission de maitrise d'oeuvre si le choix de réaliser les travaux est fait. Afin de mener à bien les missions qui lui seront confiées le titulaire devra disposer au minimum des compétences suivantes : - Architecte en chef des monuments historiques (mandataire) ou architecte du patrimoine (voir RC) - Economie de la construction - Etudes structure - Restauration de pierre
