la Communauté d'Agglomération du Grand Avignon souhaite étudier l'extension du PC commun vers un " Centre de Services " qui pourra notamment accueillir un PC commun de circulation (Grand Avignon/Ville d'Avignon/Orizo/etc.), de sécurité avec la police municipale, un hyperviseur de centralisation des données (trafic, qualité de l'air, énergie, niveau de nappe, smart-city, etc.), un diffuseur d'informations (clients/usagers, panneaux dynamiques, alertes crues ou pollutions, etc.) et un dispositif de gestion de crise (PiCS) afin d'assurer au mieux la continuité des services rendus aux administrés. A cette fin, il a confié à la SPL TECELYS une mission d'Assistance à Maitrise d'Ouvrage pour la mise en oeuvre d'un PCC commun.   Dans ce contexte la SPL TECELYS souhaite s'associer les services d'experts afin de l'accompagner et de la conseiller dans la réalisation de sa mission. A cette fin, la présente étude programmatique est organisée autour de cinq étapes avec la remise d'un programme en fin de la 4e étape. Une cinquième étape (Proposition de gouvernance) se déroulera au cours du premier semestre 2027.
