Le contrat comporte une tranche optionnelle n°1 : Assistance à la passation d'un marché global de performance (MGP). Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. La communauté d'agglomération Saint Germain Boucles de Seine porte un projet de réseau de chaleur et de froid dont la principale ressource énergétique serait le réseau d'eaux usées T130 de l'Agglomération sur la ville de Croissy sur Seine. Dans ce cadre, la présente étude de faisabilité a pour objet de : - reprendre et actualiser les études existantes commandées par la commune et réalisées par Manergy et Inddigo ; - intégrer une étude spécifique du volet production de froid ; - étudier l'intégration d'une ou plusieurs installations solaires destinées à fournir une électricité renouvelable au projet de réseau de chaleur et de froid
