Description

La adquisición de este tipo de vehículos se justifica en el incremento de incendios de pasto durante gran parte del año debido a las altas temperaturas. Esto ha provocado que los vehículos que se disponen en los parques para hacer de bombas rurales ligeras se encuentran bastantes deteriorados y algunos atesoran bastantes años. En previsión de dar un relevo generacional de manera paulatina a estos vehículos, se pretende ir adquiriendo unidades nuevas en base a las necesidades y al equilibrio financiero del CPEIS de Toledo en las adquisiciones de esta índole. Se pretende garantizar mediante contrato público el normal desarrollo de la actividad para el cumplimiento de los fines establecidos en el artículo 31.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, y dentro de las competencias establecidas en el artículo 36 de la misma ley 7/1985. El suministro objeto de este contrato, no puede ser realizado con medios propios de esta Administración.
