El Pleno de la Excma. Diputación Provincial de Córdoba, en sesión celebrada el día 16 de octubre de 2024, acordó la aprobación provisional del PLAN PROVINCIAL DE OBRAS DE INFRAESTRUCTURAS HIDRÁULICAS 2024-2027, entre cuyas actuaciones se encuentran incluidas las obras de ejecución del contrato que se propone. El Pleno de la Excma. Diputación Provincial de Córdoba, en sesión celebrada el día 20 de noviembre de 2024 adoptó acuerdo de aprobación del texto de las “Directrices de la Excma. Diputación Provincial de Córdoba a la Empresa Provincial de Aguas de Córdoba, S.A. (EMPROACSA) para la gestión directa del ciclo integral del agua con objeto de ejecutar el Plan Provincial de Obras de Infraestructuras Hidráulicas 2024-2027”.
