Spain - Construction works for buildings - Works concession for drafting the project and technical supervision, construction and operation of the Madrid Congress and Exhibition Palace

Turespaña has obtained Council of Ministers authorisation to tender a public works concession for the Madrid Congress and Exhibition Palace complex. The concessionaire will draft the execution project, carry out the works and operate the Palace and its car park for a 40-year concession term, including a 48-month phase for project drafting and construction, in exchange for an annual fee paid to Turespaña. The CAPEX is EUR 105.7 million with a project IRR of 7.65%. The tender will be published on the Public Sector Contracting Platform and in the Official Journal of the EU. Feasibility study and basic project documents are available on the Turespaña Transparency Portal. No submission deadline is stated.
