Es objeto del contrato la contratación conjunta de la redacción del Proyecto Técnico a partir del “Anteproyecto para la ampliación del edificio de investigación biomédica de la Rioja (CIBIR) en Logroño”, así como la ejecución de las obras para la ampliación del Centro de Investigación Biomédica de la Rioja (CIBIR) que consisten en: (i) La fabricación, el montaje y la puesta en uso de tres (3) construcciones modulares que constituyen unidades entregables funcionales autónomas: 1. Unidad de Investigación Clínica (UiC) (Fase III); 2. Unidad de Innovación Sanitaria (UiS); 3. Unidad de Investigación Preclínica (UiP). (ii) La ejecución de obras de impermeabilización, urbanización del aparcamiento y protección vistas UTAS.
