Description

El objeto del presente proyecto es desarrollar a nivel de Proyecto de Construcción la actuación del desdoblamiento del corredor Nadela-Sarria en el tramo Nadela-Pobra de San Xiao (CG-2.2), es decir, entre los PK 0+000 y 13+500. Este tramo se inicia en la glorieta de Nadela y finaliza en el enlace de A Pobra de San Xiao (PK 13+500), enlazando con el tramo Pobra de San Xiao-Sarria, ya en servicio con características de autovía. La duplicación del corredor se contempla como una nueva calzada paralela a la existente sobre el margen izquierdo, en sentido de avance de PK, de forma que no será necesario cambiar de margen en ninguna zona del trazado para acometer el desdoblamiento de calzada. Se adopta una velocidad de proyecto para el tronco de autovía de 120 km/h, de forma que las características técnicas de la misma se corresponden con una sección de autovía A-120. La construcción de esta nueva infraestructura conseguirá mejorar las condiciones de seguridad y comodidad de los vehículos que circulan por el actual corredor CG-2.2, con un notable aumento de la capacidad y niveles de servicio del itinerario y una clara mejora de la seguridad vial, siendo esperable una importante reducción de la siniestralidad y los tiempos de recorrido.
