Description

La actual situación económica a nivel mundial ha provocado un incremento exponencial en los precios de cualquier bien consumible tecnológico, de manera muy en especial en todo lo relativo a la memoria , discos no rotaciones( NVMe, Flash, …), que ha provocado que la licitación 2025/ABSUB/000003 quedase desierta, debido a estimaciones económicas, que no se pudieron materializar en ofertas concretas en dicha licitación, y que por tanto quedó desierta. Es por ello, que se ha tenido que reformular el objeto de la licitación, así como, incrementar la dotación presupuestaria para poder alcanzar el objetivo pretendido. El objeto es poder sustituir la infraestructura actual y crear un entorno mejorado en cuanto a la garantía de la continuidad de todos los sistemas de información proporcionados desde la misma. En definitiva lo que se requiere es la actualización de la infraestructura física de los servidores que ejecutan los sistemas de información municipales, así como el almacenamiento requerido para realizar la copia de seguridad de estos sistemas de información. Se incluye la instalación, configuración y migración, así como formación, del modo que se señala y desarrolla en los PPT. Estas tareas tienen un carácter residual con respecto al suministro, implicando actuaciones típicas e incluidas en el mismo según es habitual en el mercado. El plazo de instalación previsto, y los criterios relativos a juicios de valor inciden, especialmente, en el desarrollo de la arquitectura del suministro. Del mismo modo, el mantenimiento de las licencias que también se adquieren será el propio o habitual en la práctica. La formación que se contempla, art. 6 PPT, será manera on line, a los componentes del Servicio de Informática municipal, con una duración estimada no superior a 8 horas, y que será impartida por persona con conocimiento acreditado.
