Description

Las plantas de gestión de residuos de VAERSA poseen procesos y líneas automatizadas que incluyen sistemas de accionamiento oleohidráulico que precisan un mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo que debe ser realizado por técnicos especialistas en oleohidráulica. En términos generales, el mantenimiento por planta consiste en: Trabajos en los equipos comprobando que sus parámetros de funcionamiento están dentro de valores normales y sustitución sistemática de los componentes que sufren desgaste debido a sus horas de funcionamiento o su estado. Se pretende contratar los Servicios de reparación y mantenimiento de equipos oleohidráulicos, para un periodo de dos (2) años (la cantidad de horas expresadas son para este periodo). Los equipos que van a tener que revisarse y/o cambiarse son: manguitos, centrales hidráulicas, máquina de carga, máquina de descarga, puertas de túneles, mesa de afino, racorrería, bloques de bombeo de prensas, válvulas, electroválvulas, botellas de pulpos, bulones, etc. LOTE 1: Planta de Valorización de RSU de Villena; LOTE 2: Planta de Clasificación de Envases Ligeros de Alzira.; LOTE 3: Planta de Clasificación de Envases Ligeros de Castellón.; LOTE 4: Planta de Clasificación de Envases Ligeros de Picassent; LOTE 5: Planta de Clasificación de Envases Ligeros de Benidorm.
