Description

El presente procedimiento de licitación tiene por objeto establecer las condiciones a través de las cuales ANIMSA realizará la contratación de los servicios de asistencia técnica dirigidos a la transformación digital de la Administración Local de Navarra. Servicios de asistencia técnica para la gestión de los proyectos TIC, desde la recogida de requisitos, estudio de mercado, análisis, redacción de pliegos de prescripciones técnicas u otra documentación técnica o funcional, participación en las mesas de contratación, hasta la correcta implantación, vigilancia del cumplimiento de plazos, presupuesto, y adecuación de la ejecución a los requerimientos establecidos tanto funcionales como de calidad.; Servicios de asistencia técnica para implantación y puesta en marcha de las medidas de seguridad organizativas, operacionales y medidas de protección en el marco del Esquema Nacional de Seguridad, así como la monitorización de los sistemas TIC de las Entidades Locales de Navarra.; Servicios de asistencia técnica para asegurar el buen funcionamiento de las infraestructuras y los servicios de comunicaciones de las Entidades Locales de Navarra, realizando la instalación, configuración, actualización, securización, administración, monitorización y mantenimiento de los equipos e infraestructuras TIC, prestando un adecuado nivel de soporte a usuarios y resolución de incidencias.; Servicios de asistencia técnica para el análisis, diseño, implementación, implantación y despliegue, soporte a usuarios y mantenimiento de soluciones software.
