Servicio de mantenimiento esencial del software SISPECAN y de la infraestructura técnica del Servicio Canario de Empleo Se fracciona en dos lotes Lote 1 Mantenimiento y soporte del software SISPECAN Lote 2 Mantenimiento y explotación de la infraestructura técnica del Servicio Canario de Empleo Constituye los servicios necesarios para dar respuesta a nuevasnecesidades que se puedan resolver evolucionando el software existente,corregir los errores y problemas detectados en el software, adaptar elsoftware a cambios en su entorno de operación, realizar tareaspreventivas con el objetivo de minimizar la aparición de errores yproblemas en las aplicaciones que componen el sistema, tareas deconsultoría necesarias para el apoyo a la definición funcional y técnicade los trabajos de mantenimiento indicados y actividades de soportefuncional y técnico. Esta prestación se realizará mediante una bolsa dehoras y un equipo fijo, ambos con perfiles y dimensionamientopredeterminados.; Comprende los servicios dirigidos a explotar y operar la plataforma,garantizar la actualización, seguridad, disponibilidad, rendimiento,continuidad y escalabilidad de la infraestructura y de los servicios queoperan sobre ella, así como dar soporte a tareas de análisis,planificación y diseño de la infraestructura. Esta prestación serealizará mediante una bolsa de horas y un equipo fijo, ambos conperfiles y dimensionamiento predeterminados.
