Se contrata el Servicio de desarrollo y mejora de una plataforma digital 100% accesible (Nivel AA), conforme al nivel de conformidad establecido en las Pautas de Accesibilidad al Contenido Web (WCAG) en su versión 2.1 o superior, para la realización de los siguientes bloques de actividad: • Desarrollo y gestión de acciones formativas online/aula virtual. • Gestión integral online de acciones formativas presenciales. Inserta Empleo dispone en la actualidad de una herramienta tecnológica básica para la tutorización de acciones formativas online, accesible AA, e integrada con las herramientas informáticas de Inserta Empleo, sobre la que se solicita ampliar su potencialidad para el desarrollo y gestión de acciones formativas online, la gestión integral online de acciones formativas presenciales, su alojamiento y mantenimiento. El proyecto comprenderá el diseño, desarrollo, parametrización, puesta en producción, alojamiento y mantenimiento de la plataforma digital para los servicios anteriormente indicados (sobre la ya disponible), siguiendo los principios generales que rigen los Programas del FSE+ como son la accesibilidad universal, el desarrollo sostenible y la innovación. La finalidad principal de esta contratación es disponer de un servicio ágil, flexible y eficaz de desarrollo, mantenimiento y gestión, acorde con la mejora continua de la prestación de los servicios y su impacto en los/as demandantes de empleo, a los requerimientos de la normativa, al sistema de gestión de calidad y, en general, a los principios rectores de la actividad.
