Description

El objeto del contrato a que se refieren estos pliegos es la prestación del servicio de “DESARROLLO DE SERVICIOS PARA GEMELO DIGITAL” por procedimiento abierto según los pliegos de prescripciones técnicas que se publican con los Pliegos y cuyo conjunto de documentos integrantes tendrá carácter contractual. Los gemelos digitales se basan en la generación de simulaciones partiendo de los datos existentes, para ello es necesario realizar modelos predictivos, basados en algoritmos de ML que deben de ser ejecutados en un stack tecnológico determinado. Con este lote lo que se persigue es el dotar al Ayuntamiento de una asesoría técnica que defina el mejor entorno tecnológico para poder ejecutar este tipo de algoritmos. Los perfiles profesionales que integren esa asesoría desplegaran y gestionaran dicho entorno, dando soporte a los proyectos de ML en los que participen servicios municipales que necesiten utilizar esta infraestructura municipal.
