Description

El objeto del contrato consiste en la realización de las tareas necesarias para la edición, publicación, actualización, mantenimiento de la calidad y tratamiento de los contenidos web relativos a los servicios y trámites puestos a disposición de la ciudadanía en la sede electrónica de la Comunidad de Madrid, de conformidad con las competencias atribuidas a la Dirección General de Estrategia Digital (DGED) por el Decreto 261/2023, de 29 de noviembre, y con lo dispuesto en el Decreto 127/2022, de 7 de diciembre, en materia de servicios electrónicos y de la Comisión de redacción, coordinación y seguimiento del portal institucional. El contrato no conlleva cesión, delegación ni menoscabo de competencias: las decisiones sobre el contenido, su aprobación y la priorización corresponden en todo caso a la DGED/Subdirección General de Administración Electrónica (SGAE). El encargo tiene carácter material y se ejecutará conforme a las instrucciones emitidas por la DGED/SGAE. Las prestaciones que integran el objeto se definen de forma clara y verificable en los siguientes bloques: A. Gestión operativa de contenidos en la sede electrónica (edición, publicación y actualización). B. Mejora continua de la calidad, supervisión operativa y coordinación diaria. C. Grabación y tratamiento de datos e información asociada. Los trabajos a realizar se ajustarán a las especificaciones recogidas en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas que rige este contrato.
