Description

El objeto del presente pliego es definir las condiciones técnicas necesarias que regirán la contratación de los servicios de telecomunicaciones de telefonía fija y móvil, datos y acceso a Internet para la Universidad de las Illes Balears, así como la integración de una herramienta de comunicaciones unificadas. Con este contrato la Universidad de les Illes Balears tiene el objetivo de lograr una mejora, tanto técnica como económica, respecto al actual contrato de estos servicios de telecomunicaciones, y de adaptar estos servicios a las necesidades actuales y futuras previstas. A grandes rasgos, los objetivos generales a lograr son: Adaptar los servicios de telecomunicaciones a las necesidades reales siempre considerando las futuras posibles demandas de los servicios. Optimizar el gasto en telecomunicaciones. Implantar unos servicios de calidad y redundados para obtener un elevado nivel de disponibilidad. Mantener la integración de la telefonía fija y móvil. Integrar la solución de comunicaciones unificadas de Microsoft, en concreto Teams Phone, con la solución de telefonía fija y móvil a todo el personal de administración y servicios (PTGAS) y a personal docente e investigador (PDI) de la Universidad de les Illes Balears. Cubrir las necesidades crecientes en materia de telecomunicaciones de los distintos centros de la Universidad. Mantener, administrar y gestionar los servicios. Servicio de telefonía fija, móvil y comunicaciones unificadas.; Servicio de comunicaciones de datos
