Description

El presente contrato tiene por objeto los servicios de ayuda a domicilio como prestación básica de los servicios sociales comunitarios y del sistema para la autonomía y atención a la dependencia. El Servicio de Ayuda a Domicilio de titularidad del Ayuntamiento de San Juan de Aznalfarache, mediante el presente contrato, se gestionará de forma indirecta como un único servicio municipal, aunque sujeto a un doble régimen de acceso de los usuarios y de financiación, en aplicación de la regulación vigente en la materia. El contrato se configura como un servicio que conlleva prestaciones directas a favor de la ciudadanía y se ejecutará en los términos de los pliegos correspondientes y con sujeción a las disposiciones establecidas en la Orden de 27 de julio de 2023 de la Consejería de Inclusión Social, Juventud, Familias e Igualdad, por la que se regula el Servicio de Ayuda a Domicilio en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía, o normativa autonómica que la sustituya.
