Description

El objeto del presente contrato es la prestación de los servicios necesarios para la organización y gestión de los eventos y acciones comunicativas del INSST. Así, se pretende contar con un servicio integral que permita la organización de los eventos institucionales del INSST y el desarrollo de los elementos necesarios para la realización de las acciones de comunicación del organismo. La adjudicataria creará la identidad visual de cada evento, conforme a las indicaciones de la persona responsable del contrato, y la adaptará a todos los soportes necesarios en cada caso (cartones pluma, vinilos, etc.). Dicha identidad visual deberá estar, en cualquier caso, en consonancia con el “Manual de marca del INSST” y cumplir con las recomendaciones para este tipo de elementos recogidas en el “Manual de imagen institucional de la Administración General del Estado”. La empresa adjudicataria deberá elaborar una propuesta de piezas que adapten la imagen del evento, con base en las necesidades concretas con el objetivo de obtener el mayor impacto y visibilidad posible en los espacios en los que se vayan a celebrar los eventos del INSST. Entre estos elementos, que deberán estar basados en la identidad visual definida y ser aprobados previamente por la persona responsable del contrato, podrán encontrarse, en función de los eventos a realizar.
