Servicios de administración, explotación y mantenimiento de las infraestructuras y servicios propios de tecnología de información, junto con los servicios de soporte al usuario del dominio del Hospital de la Ribera: Lote 1 Soporte a la administración de sistemas y gestión de infraestructuras, Lote 2 Centro de atención de usuarios CAU. Servicios de soporte a la administración, operación, mantenimiento y explotación de las infraestructuras y servicios propios relativos a tecnologías de Información del centro de proceso de datos del DSLR y de soporte a la implantación e integración de nuevos proyectos necesarios para continuar con la convergencia hacia el modelo corporativo estándar de la Conselleria de Sanidad en colaboración con el resto de las áreas del servicio de sistemas y de la Conselleria de Sanidad.; Explotación y gestión del Centro de Atención a Usuarios de Sistemas y Tecnologías de la Información (CAU) relacionada con los sistemas de información de los usuarios del dominio Hospital de la Ribera no integrado en el dominio corporativo de la Conselleria, en colaboración con el resto de las áreas del servicio de sistemas y de la Conselleria de Sanidad. La gestión del servicio de atención al usuario mediante la herramienta ITSM corporativa y atención de llamadas y otros canales de entrada.
