El objeto de este contrato es la prestación del servicio de transporte escolar obligatorio y no obligatorio dirigido al alumnado escolarizado en la comarca del Alt Penedès, de las rutas que se detallan en este pliego, con el fin de garantizar la continuidad del servicio durante los cursos escolares 2026-2027, 2027-2028 y 2028-2010. La presente licitación tiene por objeto la adjudicación de las rutas declaradas desiertas en el procedimiento de contratación aprobado por el Pleno del Consejo Comarcal del Alt Penedès de 19 de febrero de 2026 y declaradas desiertas por acuerdo del Pleno de 14 de mayo de 2026, siendo necesario tramitar un nuevo procedimiento para asegurar la prestación del servicio.
