Description

El objeto del contrato lo constituye la prestación del servicio de vigilancia del alumnado de nivel obligatorio de enseñanza que acude a los comedores escolares de colegios públicos dependientes de esta Consejería de Educación, relacionados y divididos en lotes en la cláusula 1.2 subsiguiente del PCAP, en los cuales es el propio Centro el que gestiona directamente el servicio de comedor escolar y no hay personal docente que voluntariamente participe en las tareas de vigilancia por lo que es necesario licitar dicho servicio de vigilancia, y que se desarrollará de acuerdo con lo establecido en el pliego y en el de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares (PPT).
