Description

Ejecución del servicio consistente en la recogida de animales sin dueño conocido, abandonado, perdido, extraviado, cedido por su propietario, muerto, decomisado, incautado, etc., transporte, albergue, adopción y, en última instancia, sacrificio por prescripción veterinaria e incineración de cadáveres de animales así como la atención veterinaria a estos animales que lo necesitaran, en el municipio de Puerto Real, todo ello preservando el bienestar animal y las condiciones sanitarias y de seguridad, con objeto de dar cumplimiento a las responsabilidades de la administración local definidas en la Ley 11/2003, de 24 de noviembre, de Protección de los Animales de Andalucía y la Ley 7/2023, de 28 de marzo, de protección de los derechos y el bienestar de los animales, y resto de normativa de desarrollo que se apruebe a lo largo de la vigencia del contrato.
