El servicio objeto de este contrato, será prestado cumpliendo rigurosamente la Ley 7/2023, de 28 de marzo, de protección de los derechos y el bienestar de los animales, la Ley 4/2016, de 22 de julio, de Protección de los Animales de Compañía de la Comunidad de Madrid y demás normativa específica vigente a lo largo del plazo de duración de la contratación. La responsabilidad de que se cumpla en todo momento la normativa vigente de aplicación será de la entidad adjudicataria.
