El objeto del presente contrato es la realización de un trabajo que permita definir y analizar la movilidad de los ciudadanos, a nivel nacional, en cada uno de los modos de transporte (carretera, ferrocarril, marítimo, aéreo), aplicando la tecnología Big Data. Dicha movilidad será analizada diariamente de manera agregada (sin distinción de modos) y de manera desagregada (con distinción de modos) en las semanas tipo y días singulares que quedan reflejados en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas (PPT) de este contrato.
